As part of its ongoing commitment to sustainability and clean energy, the Company has taken step in strengthening its renewable energy portfolio. The Company entered into a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the acquisition of a 6.04% equity stake in CGE II Hybrid Energy Private Limited.
