Why to participate ?

As a follow-up of the energy conservation act 2002, the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) is in the advanced stage of fixing norms for section-wise energy consumption in Cement plants. The benchmarking is specially designed to evolve the achievable range of section-wise energy consumption for plants of different vintage and level of modernization. It will thus help you and CMA to safeguard your interest in dealing with BEE. In the recently held 73rd Managing committee meeting, President CMA, while underlining its importance stressed that plants must participate in Benchmarking and volunteered to write to members in this regard to boost participation.
