STEP IV - RE-ARRANGE
Option-Region   How to Use   Option-Cluster

4. State

(A) - Capacity Base: In this option, data of only those states will be altered, which are having cement grinding capacity. Plant(s) of a State can be shifted to any other State. At any point of time, one can restore the original settings of 'States'

      Rules/Effects

  • When we are shifting some (Not All) of the plants of State 'A' to State 'B', then prod., desp. etc, data related to those plants from State 'A' will now be shown under State 'B'. Consumption data of State 'A' and 'State 'B' will remain unchanged.
  • When we are shifting all plants of State 'A' to State 'B', then entire prod., desp. etc, data related to State 'A' will now be shown under State 'B'. Also, the consumption data of State 'A' will be shown under State 'B'.
  • If we restore one or more Plants of State 'A' (which is merged with State 'B') to original, its consumption will also de-merge from the State 'B'. State 'A' and 'State 'B' will show original consumption figures.
  • If we shift one of more Plants of State 'A' (which is merged with State 'B') to any other state, the Consumption of State 'A' will de-merge from State 'B'. State 'A' and 'State 'B' will show original consumption figures.
  • If State 'B' contains plants from any other State(s), then all original plants of State 'B' can not be shifted to any other State.

(B) - Non-capacity Base: In this option, data of those states will be altered which are not having grinding capacity. Also, data of exporting countries can also be changed through this option.
A 'Domestic State' can be merged with any other 'Domestic State'. Likewise, an 'Exporting Country' can be merged with any other 'Exporting Country'. At any point of time, one can restore the original settings of 'States'.

      Rules/Effects

  • 'Domestic State' can not be merged with 'Exporting Country' and vice-versa.
  • When we are merging State 'A' with State 'B', then entire consumption data of State 'A' will be shown under State 'B'
